Economic development is a team effort. Knowing the game plan, having the right players, and working together are essential, especially in rural and remote regions where resources are limited.
This interactive session is focused on strengthening grassroots economic development and community capacity. it is designed for rural practitioners, economic development committees, and elected officials interested in business and investment attraction.
A key component of the workshop is Strategic Doing, a practical framework that helps communities move quickly and collaboratively from ideas to action.
The prerequisite is EDA's Business Investment & Attraction Course on November 27.
